Tough & Strong
Every year there are some new trends to identify when it comes to shoes and boots. This season we are looking for something tough and strong. It is about feeling feminine and bold at the same time. The ankle boots often have big zippers or buckles on the sides and have remarkably thick rubber soles. This does not mean the shoes can not be elegant or have a small heel.
Some boots you'll most likely see a lot during the fall and winter are biker boots, lace-up boots, chelsea boots and shoes with animal prints.
One type of shoe I see a lot are the biker boots. The biker boot has won a permanent place in the shoe shelf and actually comes back each winter season. To project a tough attitude the biker boots don't have to be black. As long as they have buckles and other hardware going on, you are good to go. Don't be afraid to combine these tough boots with a feminine dress, because rebel chic is back!
Another type of shoe I personally really like is the lace-up boot. This is definitely a go-to shoe this season. If you really want to rock this type of shoe during the winter don't forget to put on a pair of thick woolen socks!
The animals arrived here a while ago and are definitely not going to leave this season. You see the animal prints on all types of shoes. The zebra and Leopard print are my personal favorites. The animal printed shoe can easily spice up a simple outfit!
Yep, Chelsea boots are the boots with the big elastics on each side. They look really comfortable and are super easy to put on. These boots are perfect for the ones who are often in a hurry in the morning. You just put these fashionable boots on really quick and you are ready to Go Go Go..!
